أرجو الحل بالتفصيل لو سمحتم:
A person of mass 50 kg jumps from a height of 5 m. Calculate the force acting
a) if he lands on the ground and comes to rest in 0.1 s.
b) if he lands on a foam rubber mattress and comes to rest in 1 s.
Take g= 10 m/s^2
