In the quantitative analysis by Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES), the method for converting an Auger electron intensity into a concentration by using the relative sensitivity factors
WHAT IS THE EQUASTION for the converting and how we can apply it tothe data

my samples inculde Au AND O on Si which interface in one point

Ix/Sx/(Ii/Si)=Cx

The atomic concentration (Cx) of an element x in a sample

Ix is the intensity of the Auger signal from the unknown specimen and Si is the relative sensitivity
of pure element i

هذه المعادلة موجودة عندي ولكن لااعرف كيف استخدمها لان العينه لدي القاعده فيها السيكلون وقمت بعمل ترسيب لعنصر الذهب
الرسم البياني الذي نتج من AES عبارة عن وجود تداخل بين منحنى الذهب والسيلكون والاوكسجين في نقطه معينه

هل استخدام هذه المعادلة يكفي ام يجب ان استخدم معادلات اخرى

ارجو مساعدتي قدر المستطاع لان المعلومات لدي مشوشه كليا

اعذريني مشاعل ليس لدي فكرة مطلقا على هذا الجهاز أنا اشتغل على IR, UV Spectrophotometer ولا أعرف ان كان هذا الجهاز مشابه لهم أم لا

أنا بحثت لكِ فقط انما طريقة العمل لا أعلم كيف
