السلام عليكم الله يسعدكم اريد حل هذه الاسئلة ضروووووووري انا تحضيري وعندي مادة فيزياء وهذالسؤال بسراااااااااااحة تعبنييي ارجوكم الليلة غداا تسليم الواجب ويعطيكم العاااااااافية:mommy_cut:

بينما تدور الأرض حول محورها يستغرق 3 ساعات للولايات المتحدة لاجتياز خط ثابت وهمية. هل من الممكن ، ثم السفر من واشنطن الى سان فرانسيسكو من قبل ببساطة الصعود في طائرة هليكوبتر على ارتفاع عال فوق العاصمة واشنطن والانتظار ثلاث ساعات حتى سان فرانسيسكو يمر أدناه
هذا السؤال بعد الترجمة ......
وهنا قبل as the earth rotates about its axis it take 3 hours for united states to pass through an imaginary fixed line . is it possible , then to travel from washington dc to san francisco by simply ascending in a helicopter high over washington dc and waiting three hours until san francisco passes below

Answer: Here's the problem: the helicopter, before it even takes off, is traveling in an Easterly direction along with the rest of the earth as the Earth makes its daily rotation (in other words, the helicopter is said to already have an initial velocity in the horizontal direction). Thus, if one were to ascend straight up in a helicopter, one would just remain at rest relative to the ground below. The key point is that the helicopter, both before and after it takes off, already has the Earth's rotational speed in the easterly direction. To get to San Francisco, the helicopter must actually fly in a westerly direction with respect to the rotating earth.
