The city government issued yesterday a stimulation plan of modern manufacturing industry. Wuhan will stipulate special preferential policies on a case-by-case base for major investment projects, including zero fees for local administrative charges. Over 50% of all special funds of the city's revenue will be restructured for the growth of 15 newly emerging industries on R & D, technical renovations, and new projects.
