as the bird sits at the middle the wire is going to acquire a shape of equilateral triangle . so the angle between the outer edges will be 120 degree.
so T1/sin120=T2/sin120=mg/sin120
here T1=T2
hence T/sin120=0.800*9.8/sin120
so T=7.84N so each part of the wire will experience a tension of 7.84N the total tension=2*7.84N
