(a) find the magnitude of the acceleration of the system (b)determine the magnitude of the contact force between the two blocks ........ 5-A woman weighs 120 1b. determine(a)her weight in newtons (N)and (B) her mass in kilograms (kg ........ 6-If a man weight 900 N on the earth, what would he weigh on jupiter, where the acceleration due to gravity is 25.9m/sec .......... 7- An object of mass M is held in place by an applied force F and A pulley system as shown in figure. the pulleys are massless and frictionless. find (A)the tension in each section of rope,t1,t2.t3,t4 and t5 and(B)the magnitude of F ......... 8-two object are connected by a light string passing over a light frictionless pulley asshown in figure. the object of mass 5.00 kg is released from rest. using the principle of conservation of energy,(A)determine the speed of the 3.00-kg object just as the 5.00-kg object hits the ground.
